SUMMARY:Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
DESCRIPTION:Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) is a flow chart method that models the steps of a planned business process from end to end. A key to Business Process Management\, it visually depicts a detailed sequence of business activities and information flows needed to complete a process. \nIt provides a common graphical language for end-to-end business process workflows that can be readily adopted and understood in all areas of the business. \nIts purpose is to model ways to improve efficiency\, account for new circumstances or gain competitive advantage. \nBPMN is a generic standard designed for adoption across all industries and business communities. \nThis course will teach you how to create good BPMN models with clear process logic that can be shared across your organization and how to adhere to a common modeling method\, allowing you to create diagrams that can be shared consistently across all business domains. \n\n\nBPMN is targeted at participants and other stakeholders in a business process to gain understanding through an easy-to-understand visual representation of the steps. At a more involved level\, it?s targeted at the people who will implement the process\, giving sufficient detail to enable precise implementation. \n\n\n\n\nWho it is aimed at \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis course provides a standard\, common language for all stakeholders\, whether technical or non-technical: business analysts\, process participants\, managers and technical developers\, as well as external teams and consultants. \n\n\n\n\n\nContents \n\n\n\n\n\n\nPrinciples of BPMN Style: The rules for diagram composition and usage to ensure consistency across the business and maximize a shared understanding.\n\n\n\n\nThe BPMN Method: A prescriptive methodology for going from a blank sheet to complete and properly-structured process models using BPMN 2.0.\nThe vocabulary of BPMN in “levels”: Level 1 – a basic working set familiar from swimlane flowcharts | Level 2 – focusing on event-triggered behavior.\n\n\nBPMN 2.0 (Level 1 & 2) online course details \n\n7 hours of course material\nCertificate of completion\nFree Visio templates\nRevision modules\n\nSTOP \n\n\n\nThe e-learning version is provided by iLEARN – Innovative Learning\, an ATO of APMG International \n\n\nRegister Your Interest or get more info ×You didn't see a suitable course listed or you just want more info\n\n\n \n Name of the training you are interested in*Organization name*Your Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Email*\n \n I would like to complete the course within:\n \n \n This month\n \n \n \n Next month\n \n \n \n 3 months\n \n \n \n 6 months\n How many people would take this course?\n \n \n 1\n \n \n \n 2\n \n \n \n 3\n \n \n \n 4\n \n \n \n 5+\n Online course & private training\n \n I would consider an online course\n \n \n I would consider a private training\n CommentsMath Test!*10+2 x 2=?CAPTCHA\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\nClose\nCoaching Hours for E-Learning×Coaching Hours\nThese are one-on-one coaching sessions allowing the participant(s) to review certain concepts and get additional explanations. \nIt can also be used for reviewing some key elements of the courses and for asking our expert questions before the participant(s) take(s) their exam. \nWe recommend between 1 to 10 hours.
